I cannot say enough positive things about the classes offered at Beauty by Tabitha. The 1:1 lash training was an incredible opportunity for very specific and detailed feedback tailored exactly to my skill set and experience level. It was absolutely worth the cost. I learned so much and gained so much confidence.

On top of that, Tabitha is lovely to work with. She is incredibly generous with her time, mentorship and expertise. It is obvious that she wants her students to do well in the industry, and she goes above and beyond to make that happen. I really feel like she has provided me with an achievable roadmap to success.

If you have the chance to work with Tabitha, take it!

I took my 50 hour lash course with Miss Tabby, and after I found a place to work a week after! She is very knowledgeable and personable and made my classes so much fun. She has so much experience in the lash world, I could ask her any question and it wasn’t left unanswered! I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. Thank you Miss Tabby!

Miss Tabitha was my daughters lash instructor. My daughter raved about how patient and thorough Tabitha was. I was the model on testing day and had the pleasure of meeting her in person. I can't say enough about how great she was! I will highly recommend anyone interested in becoming a lash artist to go here!

Quick Answers to your Eyelash Extension Questions

I see many one day courses advertised, why should I take your multi-day course?

When considering the choice between a one-day lash extension course and a 50-hour multi-day course, it's evident that the latter option is significantly more advantageous for students.

In a 50-hour lash extension course, students benefit from an extensive and thorough learning experience that allows for a comprehensive grasp of the subject matter, along with ample practice and skill refinement.

Conversely, in some 50-hour courses taught at large schools, where one instructor is responsible for 20 students, the amount of personalized training each student receives can be as limited as 2.5 hours as the instructors time must be split among all the students.

This highlights the importance of not just the course duration but also the student-to-instructor ratio, as smaller class sizes or
longer courses can provide a more effective and tailored education, ultimately leading to better skill development and understanding of the material.

In this context, it's worth noting that my 1-on-1 and small group lash extension course provides distinct advantages over these alternatives. With my personalized approach, students receive undivided attention and tailored guidance, ensuring
the most effective and in-depth education, ultimately surpassing the limitations of both quick one-day courses and overcrowded 50-hour classes with limited one-on-one interaction.

How much is your course?

My class is $1000 all inclusive. That means the 50 hour course, lash kit and sales tax are all included. You won't spend a dime over that price.

Is financing available?

Yes. Through Shop Pay in partnership with Affirm you have the option of paying in biweekly installments or monthly payments.

Do I need to study at a school?

In Rhode Island, there is currently no formal licensing program for lash extension technicians. This means that anyone aspiring to become a lash extension technician in the state does not require a traditional license. All that is needed to practice this profession is a certificate of completion from a recognized lash extension training course.

The training you receive from me is based on the same program I have taught and mentored in various schools. The key distinction is that, by training with me, you gain the advantage of one-on-one personalized instruction, all while saving significantly on the associated costs.

It's important to note that if your interest lies in learning techniques like Lash Lifts on natural eyelashes, then you would need to attend a licensed esthetician or cosmetology school. This is because a valid license in either of these fields is a prerequisite for performing Lash Lifts in Rhode Island.

What do I receive upon completion?

You will receive a Certificate of Completion of 50 hours of Eyelash Extension Training and a Barbicide certificate which will allow you to practice in RI

When are the classes?

Half of my classes are personalized 1-on-1 sessions, so I schedule the classes around your schedule. I can schedule daytime, nighttime or weekend.

Small group classes are usually scheduled for mid-day, nights or weekends.

Please give me a call if you have any further questions.
